Considering Buying a PoCo – A bit late I know.. lol. Have Questions..

I am running Cubase 9.5 on Windows 10 and have been thinking about getting an Access Virus, plus I also need to get Sony Oxford plugins running in Cubase 9.5. I figure that a Powercore might be a good way to go about this, given that it supports both (and more) – plus since it is old, it is a financially decent option.
Would a Firewire version of the Powercore work ok with Cubase 9.5, the Sonnox plugins and also the virus?
I see that TC has ceased support for the Powercore, does that mean that the only way that I can get a card that works with the plugins is to find someone selling one that has the plugins already installed and registered? If I can’t transfer the license then will I run into problems?
