Help: Support for Sterling By Music Man bassesnjoy

Hello,

Don’t know if I am posting this in the right forum, but I can’t seem to find another place for this.

Some background. I am the proud owner of 2 SBMM basses: a sparkle blue Ray34 bought new and a mint green Ray34ca bought second hand 3 weeks ago. Great instruments both of them.

Here’s the problem. The Ray34ca was dropped in the past and the shaft ofjo one of its pot is bent. Still works, but limit. Not a show stopper by a long shot. How difficult could it be to replace it anyway?

More so than I thought. It took me some time to confirm its value throughout various discusions on other forums. Finding a replacement, not so easy. After looking everywhere, I decided to ask the company itself. Twice, through email, but no answer. This was using the form found at Home | Sterling by Music Man

Why not call them you ask? Well, not easy for me. I am not very fluent in english (this text is taking me a verrrrrrrrrrry long time to write).

After thinking about it, I have to ask:

1- Why is there nobody replying to what seems to be the only way to reach the company by email?
2- If nobody looks at email, will anyone look at Twitter or Facebook? It usually is the same group of people doing the communication…
3- Is it too much too ask to get a reply in 24-48 hours in 2018?
4- Why can’t I find an SBMM store that sells replacement parts? I can’t be the only one needing to replace a broken part…

Any official from SBMM would care to answer?

P.S. The pot I am looking to replace is the treble one, 1M reverse audio taper, very long thread, small body, pcb friendly.
