Issue with Noise Gate
Hello,
I installed the G-System with a Marshall JCM 800 2210 since yesterday (Gear Change). I use the FX Loop from the Amp. Everything works fine. But when I use the Noise gate the overall Volume goes down I checked this with several settings but as more as I turn up the Damping the Volume went down extremely (more than half). so the difference between NG on and off is unusable. And this in every situation while I’m playing.
What the Problem can be? I am nearly sure, that I did everything right. (cabeling/settings).
Any Idea?
I double checked every single Influence (FX loop works fine, G-System works fine) tripple checked Cabeling. Firmware is up to date. etc.
Maybe the FX loop of the JCM 800 is incompatible regarding the Mastervolume position. I am absolutely helpless.
In the Meantime I also checked it with another Amp – same issue. So it doesn’t seems to be the Amp.
