new Ditto X4 firmware 1.3.00 public Beta available

Hi all,

we have a new public Beta firmware for the Ditto X4 available.

Apart from bugfixes and optimizations the new firmware also supports the much requested midi Start/Stop command, so playback of your Dittox4 loops can start alongside your DAW or other Midi clock master.

changes:

Build 89
–          Fixes a crash when initiating a “once” effect with an existing backing track on loop 2.

–          Fixes possible crashes when making loops that are very short.

Changes since 82
–          Fixed the bug where after an X4 has been left on for several hours without receiving MIDI, it will stop syncing with subsequent MIDI until power cycle.

–          Properly account for event latency with MIDI CCs.

–          Remember last playing serial track when using MIDI Stop / Start Added MIDI Start Stop support (Simply all start on MIDI start and all stop on MIDI stop).

–          Fixed Midi Recording Gaps (Requires extensive midi sync testing).

–          Fixed stability issues (Needs random beating up)

–          Improved Latency Compensation (Needs extensive “feel” testing to make sure recording and     overdub latency compensation feels accurate).

–          Allow second stop to force stop while overdubbing in serial mode.

–          Further file system optimizations.

*** Please watch out for no loop level on reboot until knob tweak, and if it happens try as best as possible to remember what was going on prior.
