The MIDI sync on the Ditto x4 IS A FUCKING JOKE
I have tried and tried and tried on 3 separate ditto x4 pedals and NON OF THEM will hold sync for very long and It is so hit or miss with this that I have major anxiety going into any show with this product. I have updated firmware, i have contacted your support team several times and they offer some new update that is a complete waste of time and trying to get a response from you guys is ANOTHER JOKE. IM NOT STEVE VAI or JOE SATRIANI but i am a working musician that doesnt have time OR MONEY to waste on PRODUCTS THAT DONT DELIVER. Not to mention the $700+ untold hours i wasted on this UNRELIABLE product. Im sorry but im jumping ship!…………………….Pigtronix here I come.
