D’Addario takes on European distribution from UK base
D’Addario has announced that it is forming D’Addario Europe Ltd, to handle distribution of it extensive range of products in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria. The new company will be headed by D’Addario UK’s widely respected Managing Director, Simon Turnbull, along with a management team comprising Martin Reichhart (European Sales Manager), Matt Hickman (European Marketing Manager), and Steve Paul (European Finance Manager) who will operate from the D’Addario Europe Head Office, located in Newcastle, UK.

In a statement, the company says: ‘D’Addario is proud to announce the formation of D’Addario Europe Ltd. This brand new initiative will allow D’Addario to maintain greater consistency and control of its brand portfolio in Europe, along with the opportunity to get closer to customers on all levels; both strategies being vital to its long term goal to increase international market share for all D’Addario brands.
