TC’s new ‘Armada’ is distinctly analogue

New from the Uli Behringer-owned TC Electronics is an ‘Armada’ (their description) of eight new analogue effects pedals.
The new stomp boxes form into three groups, according to a press release from Behringer’s Music Group: Under ‘Dreadnought Dirt Boxes’ are the El Mocambo Overdrive, Honey Pot Fuzz and Eyemaster Metal Distortion (the latter promising ‘old school Swedish death metal’ tones).
‘Creatures of the Deep’ includes the 3rd Dimension Chorus, Choka Tremolo and the Nether Octaver which bids us to ‘explore the depths of the ocean where the low notes go’.
Finally come the ‘Dynamic Gentlemen’ which includes the Crescendo Auto Swell and the Iron Curtain Noise Gate.
No prices were quoted but we are told the pedals are steel clad with top mounted input/output jacks and are all-analogue with true bypass circuitry.
