Help me pick some pickups for my NTM Silo

Hey everyone, I finally broke down and bought a 24-fret Silo. I’ve had my share of Specials over the years but I couldn’t pass this one up. Just arrived today and it plays incredibly nice but the pickups just aren’t working for me. The neck pickup is overall pretty good but the bridge pickup sounds like a slightly cocked wah with some of my Fractal patches.
