Stone’s Music Announce Boogie Juice Back in the U.K
Stones Music is pleased to announce that Boogie Juice, the popular fingerboard cleaner and conditioner, is now available again in the UK.
Boogie Juice was first developed in the U.K. back in the 1980s by luthier Stephen Delft. Stephen relocated to New Zealand and, eventually, sold the Boogie Juice business. Stones Music distributed the brand from around 2016 but lost contact with the company when the previous owners retired.
Stones Music’s Mark Pugh explained “I thought the brand had disappeared when I found it impossible to get in touch with them, and then the new owners approached me out of the blue to ask if I was interested in continuing with Boogie Juice. It was perfect timing, as I’ve been using Boogie Juice in my own workshop for almost ten years and I was down to my last pen! What’s more exciting is that Boogie Juice have plans to increase their range of products to include Boogie Lube string lube and Boogie Wax polish – all will be available in 2026!”
Boogie Juice is a mix of natural ingredients, including citrus oils, and has a patented delivery method – similar to using a felt pen, the oils are released by depressing the tip and “drawing” on the fingerboard surface. The tip is great for getting right up to the edge of the frets, and it won’t spill if you knock it over! It is suitable for all instruments with an unfinished wooden fingerboard – guitar, ukulele, mandolin, violin, banjo etc.
With new plastic-free packaging, Boogie Juice now includes a free micro-fibre cloth. Retail price is £9.99 and Stones Music are offering some introductory deals.
