Axis FR Trem bar question

This is a new one for me – changed strings on my Axis BFR Nitro with Floyd Rose, after restringing, the bar is now very tight (stays in one spot/doesn’t swivel). I’ve got several guitars with FR, and can adjust them fine, but the EBMM is different. I’ve searched around, and found the small Allen screw on the bottom, but it doesn’t make a difference when I screw in or out. Any help/advice appreciated. Thanks
