Hypergravity – Red Light
Hey all! I am having some difficulty getting my new Hypergravity pedal to work (at all), and I was wondering if you might have any suggestions before I return it via Amazon.
I placed it in the signal chain, powered it up, and the led lit up red. I haven’t used many TC Electronic pedals before, but this was a bit concerning. I quickly found that the signal was being stopped at the Hypergravity, so I went about troubleshooting, to no avail. I tried unplugging and replugging, and I tried updating the firmware, both of which left me staring at that little red led.
Is this an indication that the pedal I recent has some sort of defect in it, or is the situation redeemable?
