Majesty 2019 pickup system just stopped working😔

my music man pickup system just stopped working. Went to play it tonight and nothing. Put 3-4 diff set of batteries into it and still no sound. The light does not work For the mono/stereo push knob and tried 3 different cords. What do i do? 😔. Just bought it new in Feb…. 😭
