Music Man Majesty 7 and JP7 A Standard Tuning and Heavier Gauge Strings (NYXL 11-64)
Hello. I’ve searched the entire internet for a few days but couldn’t find a clear answer.
I want to buy a Music Man Majesty 7 or JP7. I’ll mostly use B standard, but A standard and drop A are also tunings I like to play. Even for B standard, Ernie Ball 10-56s just don’t feel comfortable to me. I prefer NYXL 10-59’s for B standard and NYXL 11-64’s for A standard.
