SBMM Ray35 wiring diagram

I’ve searched, but cannot find a wiring diagram for my SBMM Ray35. I had to replace the preamp and the three-way switch (graciously replaced by SBMM). Unfortunately I think I have now wired the switch incorrectly despite being careful to note the wire locations. Only one coil works and only in parallel mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
