Sterling Pete Wentz string tree/button
Hi all,
Sooo, ran into a bit of an issue:
Just got this bass and I did notice from the start that the string tree/button was not sitting flush against the headstock with a gap of about a quarter of an inch off the face of the headstock.
I went to change strings today on it today and when trying to get the loose & spinning string tree/button lined up correctly for the proper string, it came off… with the tip of the screw still stuck in the headstock….. this happen to anyone before…
