TC Flashboack X4 Mono output is dry signal

Hi there,
Not too long ago I purchased a Flashback X4, and it’s very nice. Apart from one thing.

This is going to sound somewhat stupid.. but yeah sometimes it helps to read the manual. I realized what I thought was a feature is fact not. The issue with my unit is that the “mono” output just has the dry signal as output. The “stereo” output does not. (I did not immediately realize that this should not be the case… yeah maybe this should have been obvious to me from the beginning.)

Anyway, does anyone know if there are any known causes for this–perhaps ones that are quickly and easily fixable? Maybe there are easy ways to check something?

Cheers & thanks in advance.
