Viscous Vibe analog dry-through

Viscous Vibe analog dry-through

Hi,

i’m considering to replace my MXR Univibe with a Viscous Vibe -> I read that features analog dry-through..

Is this true given that this effect has to be usually run fully wet?

I’m asking this before shopping the pedal because, being a digital effect, it would be very difficult to manage the little delay (latency) of the digital path in parallel with the dry signal without unwanted “comb filter” side effect happening.

Has TC somehow managed to add latency to the analog dry path too?

Can anyone give some feedback on how the pedal performs with the analog dry path engaged?

Thanks
T
