VSS3 License Issue
Maybe someone has a little insight to this. I purchased the VSS3 plug in a couple of days ago from the TC website. I still don’t have a license in my iLok account for the product yet.
I called tech support and after I spoke to the person there, they emailed me my activation code which he told me should have been emailed to me when I purchased the plug in. Now I have the code but don’t know where to input the code. I went to one TC page for activation code but when I filled all the fields in, nothing happened.
Does anyone know where I can go to get some help with this? I filled out the customer support form but never heard anything back from them.
