Who is Dudley Gimpel?

I’m curious about Mr. Gimpel. Who is he? What does he do at EBMM? I think he is a luthierengineer… It sounds like he has done a fair bit of the design work at the company. If that’s the case, what projects has he done? I’m fascinated by the design process. Does he frequent the forums? Maybe he can enlighten us? Thanks!!!
