Mooer keeps on truckin’
Effects pedal specialist Mooer has a new combined effects pedal, the Red Truck, available in the UK from Strings and Things.
Suiting the trend for guitarists to use plug-and-go set-ups where they simply take an effects board and a guitar with them for rehearsals and gigs, then use the mixer/PA for amplification, the Red Truck offers an appealing package for an RRP of £270, Strings and Things believes.
The compact board offers five main digital effects: reverb, delay, modulation, distortion and drive, all footswitchable and with a sixth footswitch plus display screen for tap tempo. The Red Truck also features a built in high-visibility tuner.
A built in parallel effects loop allows users to add a favourite external pedal or connect to amplifiers using the four cable method and the Red Truck has stereo outputs and a dedicated mixer output with speaker simulation for direct connection to mixers or audio interfaces.
The Red Truck comes with its own soft case included.
