What amps are you using with Stingray HT (or other HT equipped guitars) ?

Everything is in the title what type of amps pairs well with HT pickups ? I’m currently using a Quilter aviator cub US, and I play metal/ heavy rock so since it’s a very clean amp, I use pedals, but I recently bought a Stingray HT, and from what I understand the 12db boost is meant to overdrive amps right ?
