Mimiq Mini Doubler
I recently bought this pedal used and I think I know why the guy sold it. It’s a big tone suck. It seems to take the signal and split it into 2. With some phase manipulations it gives a bit of a chorus effect. The problem I’m finding is if I use it I would have to use it all the time because the difference in tone is massive. All the bottom end vanishes and it sounds like it’s having phasing issues. Not impressed at all. I have an Alter Ego x4, Tailspin vibrato, and Skysurfer. All of which I like but this one is a real letdown. I hope there will be a firmware update sometime to address this tone problem.
