NAMM 2020 Video: Take a closer look at Matt Bellamy’s new signature Manson guitar
NAMM 2020: Manson Guitar Works and global guitar manufacturer Cort, alongside Muse frontman and guitar player Matt Bellamy, have announced an all-new signature guitar, the MBM-1.
The guitar is launched as part of the new META Series and aims to introduce Manson’s revered build quality and design at a more affordable price point, whilst also aiming to retain their signature shape, features and unique details.

MBM-1 in Starlight Silver
Two colours are offered at launch, the popular Satin Black and a brand-new Starlight Silver. Both incorporate a sleek maple neck with a new satin finish for the ultimate played-in feel, a solid basswood body, special Manson designed bridge humbucker and new humbucker neck pickup reflecting the layout of several of Bellamy’s stage and studio custom instruments.

MBM-1 in Satin Black
The kill button allows a wide range of guitar effects to be created by the player without resorting to outboard effects. The headstock design features Bellamy’s distinctive signature together with the Manson logo. With a UK retail of £569, the guitar will offer incredible value for money for all guitar players seeking a quality and unique shaped instrument.
