2008 BFR Axis Black Burst

Just picked up this 2008 beauty on reverb. Gave it a good setup, changed the floyd hardware & a new set of slinkys, plays perfectly now. One thing I noticed is it sounds similar (especially with some gain) to a couple of my Axis that have okoume bodies, trying to find out if the 2008 BFR Axis run had a mahogany tone block?
