Drop B for the Majesty 6 string, what's the right ''Depth'' for re-file the nut?

I want to tune down my Majesty 6 string guitar to Drop B with Ernieball ‘‘Not Even Slinky’‘. 12-56 string gauge I understand that there are appropriate tools for enlarging the nut for each string gauge in order to accommodate a 12-56 string set, but what about depth?
