Early Axis w/Floyd Rose – How to remove the trem arm???

I just purchased my 3 AXIS. This one is very early, mid 90’s just after the EVH left for Peavey. The trem Arm has a side allen screw. Even after I removed this screw the trem bar will not come out. Is there another step?
