Firmware Upgrade issue
Hi people, I have a G-System which I purchased several years ago. I am trying to get it upgraded to firmware version 4 by doing 3 first and the firmware upgrade software fails to detect the device is even connected.
When i attach the device to a Win10 laptop it just says usb device not recognised.
Anyone have any ideas please?
When I power the unit on it says G-System v1.01 so I guess I am on an old firmware version. Can I even go from 1.01 to 3?
