Parting a guitar out

I have a 2010 Alber lee hardtail I’m think about parting out. What do you think the neck is work? It has some fret wear and about a Nickle size finish crack/blemish on the headstock. Otherwise great condition.

Also wondering what a loaded body would sell for. May even part out the pickups alone…what are they worth?
