problem with the piezo pickup on my JP6 2015 BFR guitar

Hi, I am contacting you for help as I have a problem with the piezo pickup on my JP6 2015 BFR guitar. While playing something starts to disturb the signal, periodically popping, crackling , like when you break a cable.. This problem is only in the combined mono/piezo input. In the input for magnetic pickups this problem is not there at all, so it’s only in the combined piezo/magnet input.
