Question about Axis built in January 2019

I’m looking into purchasing my first EBMM Axis. I have a questions. Do Axis guitars made in January 2019 come with the stainless steel frets? I’ve heard yes and no. Can anyone confirm? I checked the serial number data base and it was built Jan 16th, 2019.
