Saddle Height Adjustment Screws

Hello! I just received an Axis Super Sport that I ordered online. 1st Ernie Ball Music Man guitar I’ve ever had. Love the guitar but have an issue with the saddle height adjustment screws on the d and g strings. They stick up higher than the saddles and my hand hits them while playing! I have emailed cust service and haven’t heard back from them yet. I also called today but I had to leave a message. Is this normal? See pic attached. Thanks!
