Wiretap USB and bluetooth fail
– Fails to power through USB cable (tried 2 different cables; both USB ports work to charge other devices).
– Attempted to update firmware but because it won’t power through USB, and manual says unplug everything to flash firmware, not sure if that worked.
– iPhone does not detect device on bluetooth (running iOS 11.0.3)
So, I can’t do anything until these problems are solved. Advice? Defective unit?
