A Huge Milestone for Ashdown…
From 17 September 2026, Ashdown will be exclusively available across the USA through Guitar Center and Musician’s Friend. For the first time in nearly three decades, Ashdown will have a dedicated footprint across the United States, with our products available through 300 Guitar Center stores and online through Musician’s Friend. From instruments and effects to practice amps and full stadium ready rigs, American musicians will finally have more opportunities than ever to plug in and experience Ashdown for themselves.
Over the past 30 years, we have worked incredibly hard to build Ashdown in America, supported by some remarkable artists, customers and retail partners.
One of the most common questions we still receive is: “Where can I try an Ashdown in the States?”
Now, for the first time, the answer is one of 300 Guitar Center stores across the country.
We remain extremely grateful to the American dealers who have supported Ashdown over the years and helped establish the brand in the USA. That support has played an important part in our story and will never be forgotten.
This new partnership will introduce Guitar Center customers to the widest Ashdown range we have ever offered in the United States, including our entirely new Made in England collection of bass and guitar amplifiers.
The new Ashdown range comprises nine key product families:
- UK – ABM – Ashdown Bass Magnifier: The original Ashdown range and the sound behind countless stages and recordings.
- UK – RBM – Rootmaster Bass Magnifier: Lightweight, powerful and built for working bass players.

- Ashdown Effects and Accessories: Signature pedals, professional tools and everything else needed to complete an Ashdown rig.
