Barnes & Mullins appoints new Export Manager

Barnes & Mullins has appointed Phil Harrop to the new position of Export Manager.
With 11 years experience as an Area Sales Manager for Barnes & Mullins, plus an active musical life outside of business hours, Harrop’s new role will see him responsible for servicing existing international export customers, as well as building new partnerships for B&M’s own brands: Hidersine Orchestral, Faith and Shergold Guitars.
Barnes and Mullins says: ‘Phil has built many great relationships with UK musical instrument retailers across the Midlands and North of England, and these customers will continue to be served by Barnes & Mullins’ Area Sales Managers through a reorganisation of existing territorial boundaries. Every customer affected has been notified of these changes, but anyone unsure of who to contact should contact the B&M sales desk who will gladly provide any information required’.
‘I’m really excited to have the chance to explore new areas of the business,’ Harrop says, ‘and I’m looking forward to speaking with the wide range of customers around the world who choose to buy Barnes & Mullins products. My primary goal is to provide valuable information and support to assist our partners in ensuring they make the very best from the opportunities that come from distributing our products.’
