Benvenuto a Roma
Fibonacci guitars, the British based offshoot from the former Peerless Guitars, has a new model added to its range of UK-assembled archtop guitars, the Roma.
The Roma is described as a compact, hand carved, 14” x 76 mm contemporary archtop/acoustic ‘crossover’ guitar, produced with a premium, seasoned hand carved 30 mm AAA select American spruce sound-board and solid hand carved, flamed maple back & sides with a one-piece maple neck. Indian ebony is used for the fingerboard, finger-rest, floating bridge & tailpiece.
Like all the Fibonacci models, it is nitrocellulose varnished and comes as either an acoustic model or fitted with a Fishman M300 floating bridge transducer both versions wear gold Gotoh tuners.
The RRP is £3,099.99 including a Hiscox hard case.
