Danelectro Spring King Junior Reverb Pedal: Now Available in the UK

The new Spring King Junior Reverb Pedal delivers in full, the performance of the now classic original Spring King Reverb, a best-seller first launched by Danelectro well over 25 years ago, but now housed in a more compact pedalboard-friendly size.

Like the original models which are still out on the circuit and have since become collector’s items, the new Danelectro Spring King Junior does not simulate reverberation, reverb sonics are produced utilising real springs within a built-in spring tank delivering classic sounds with extremely authentic accuracy.

With controls kept to a minimum, Reverb and Tone are all that are required to dial in a huge range of tones, from natural room ambience heard on early 1950’s recordings, to the iconic surf sound from the 1960’s, with the ability to add canyon-style spaciousness with a beautiful honey sweet warmth, and enormous glassy reverbs without any shrill or harshness to chord structures and solo note runs within any musical genre.

Review by Nico ~ Death Ray Cat

Like the original, simply jarring the pedal accounts for the all-so-familiar and distinctive, cascading wash of metallic sounds as the springs rattle together, creating additional atmospherics, and the unadulterated sound of a real spring reverb.

Built within a tough die cast chassis in banana yellow with easy-read black chicken head control knobs, on/off status LED and soft switch, the new Danelectro Spring King Junior measuring a mere 2-1/2” (63mm) wide x 6” (152.4) long x 2-1/8” (54mm) high, is a must for players who require not only more room on their pedalboard, and also adore the sound of a natural spring reverb of the highest quality, within a compact pedal.

Danelectro Spring King Junior Reverb Pedal: RRP £199.00
