Kepma USA is proud to announce the appointment of Marty Kloska as National Sales Manager, effective immediately. Based in Wilmington, N.C., Kloska will oversee all U.S. sales operations, develop and lead the national sales team, and strengthen dealer relationships across the country.

A seasoned industry professional, Kloska brings nearly four decades of sales and retail leadership experience to Kepma, including executive roles with Guitar Center and Sam Ash Music Stores. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for building high-performing teams, opening hundreds of successful store locations, and cultivating long-term partnerships within the musical instruments industry.

In his new role, Kloska will be responsible for expanding Kepma USA’s retail footprint, driving market share growth, and mentoring a new generation of sales leaders within the organization.

Marty Kloska brings nearly four decades of expertise in sales leadership, retail operations, and team development to his role as National Sales Manager at Kepma USA. With a career spanning both regional and national sales across some of the most respected names in music retail, Kloska is known for his strategic approach to business growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Kloska began his career in the grocery industry before transitioning to the music retail sector in the mid-1980s, where he joined the early ranks of Guitar Center during a period of significant national growth. Rising from accessory department sales to Regional Vice President of Sales for the Midwest, he helped shape the company’s retail culture through a focus on customer relationships, employee development, and operational excellence. Kloska played a pivotal role in opening new locations across Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, and St. Louis, and helped develop scalable programs to strengthen collaboration between store teams and vendor representatives.

In 2002, Kloska joined Sam Ash Music Stores, where he continued to drive regional sales performance and store expansion efforts nationwide. He contributed to major market launches in Texas, California, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, and New York, while also mentoring store leaders and sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Throughout his tenure, Kloska developed a reputation for building high-performing teams, fostering vendor partnerships, and championing continuous improvement initiatives across operations and customer service.

Kloska’s leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, mentorship, and servant leadership. He credits much of his success to the trust and collaboration shared with colleagues, mentors, and the teams he’s led. At Kepma USA, he now channels that experience into supporting.
