Duncan brings a deep understanding of the music industry, built over decades of hands- on experience, and a proven track record of success. Duncan began his career in the music retail sector at the age of sixteen, rising through various management roles over the course of fourteen years. In 1997, he transitioned into the musical instrument distribution trade as a sales representative, eventually joining Korg UK as Area Sales Manager for the South in 2004. Over his twenty years with Korg UK, Duncan has held multiple roles, with his skill, leadership, and dedication leading to his most recent position as Head of Drums & Percussion, where he helped spearhead the commercial success of key brands, including Mapex and Paiste, in the UK market.
