DW Manufacturing Launches First Ever Piccolo True Cast Snare
The Drum Workshop, Inc. (DW) Limited Edition MFG True-Cast 4×14″ Snare Drum was designed in collaboration with DW artist Dave Elitch as the latest offering in the highly coveted True-Cast series.
The precision-engineered MFG True-Cast 4×14″ Snare Drum has a sand-cast, machined Bell Bronze shell with a contoured interior shape ranging from 5mm at the top and bottom to 3mm in the center. Its features include patented 2-piece machined solid Brass Mini Turret lugs with dual lug receivers, and True-Cast counter hoops which deliver ample volume, attack, and an incredibly wide tuning range.
The limited-edition snare also includes machined Brass Mini MAG throw-off with a matching butt plate, True Pitch tension rods, 20-strand True-Tone T snare wires, and DW MFG heads by Remo USA. Only 100 numbered DW MFG True-Cast 4×14″ Snare Drums will ever be produced.
The fully machined collectable comes with a blacked-out custom-made flight case by Calzone Anvil USA and a signed certificate of authenticity.
