JHS appoints Paul Smith to the role of Managing Director (Designate) and Craig Thomson to Financial Director

Paul Smith – Managing Director (Designate)

During Paul’s twenty plus years at JHS, he has brought a wide range of skills and attributes to bear in the various positions he has held. His drive, creativity, diligence, determination, technical knowledge, people skills, empathy and his many other attributes have helped to shape the Company.

Paul’s new remit will see him continue to oversee his present range of duties, and expand his responsibilities considerably, adopting a broader role in directing the Company’s overall activities, direction and future path. And in due course during the next several months step into the role of Managing Director.

Craig Thomson – Financial Director

Craig Thomson is appointed to the role of Financial Director at both John Hornby Skewes & Co. Ltd., (JHS) and sister Company JHS Warehousing & Distribution Ltd.,

During Craig’s first decade at JHS he has worked alongside the two previous FD’s and has a thorough understanding of JHS as a Company and the industry the Company operates in.
