P. Mauriat horns to include BG France ligatures
JHS has announced a new partnership between P. Mauriat and BG France resulting in all P. Mauriat saxophones now coming with BG Super Revelation ligatures.
JHS says that saxophonists, including Supertramp’s John Helliwell (pictured, left) and Leeds-based jazz innovator Joel Purnell, worked alongside master craftsman and JHS Brasswind specialist Peter Pollard (pictured, right) to hand-select ligatures to pair with P.Mauriat saxophones.
Speaking on behalf of JHS, Peter Pollard said: ‘I am thrilled that we are able to bring together BG and P. Mauriat, two amazing companies who attend to the little details that make a big difference, in order to achieve the best sound possible from our brasswind instruments.’
