TC opens Pipeline
TC Electronic has a new tremolo pedal – the Pipeline. The company is describing it as: ‘the final piece in our modulation pedal puzzle’.
Describing the stompbox, TC says: ‘From all the soft sine waves of old school American amp tremolos to the uncompromising Square edges of harder musical genres – Pipeline is brimming with salty surges of sound. As the name implies, Pipeline Tap Tremolo comes with a tap tempo-enabled footswitch, letting you set the pace in a pinch.’
Usefully, the Pipeline comes with TC’s popular TonePrint system, which allows users to edit their sounds and download new ones. Features include Vintage and Square tremolo shapes, shapeable tremolo curves with TonePrint, tap tempo footswitch, the ability to sequence up to four bars of customisable rhythmic patterns and 6 dBs adjustable volume boost.
No UK price has been announced yet but when it is launched, on 1st July, the US price will be $129.99
