Why install a trem stopper on an Axis?
Hey EB folks!
I am interested in buying an Axis from around 2021/2022 (I don’t know when…) The original owner put a trem stopper in the cavity. Why would someone do this if the guitar bridge is not really meant to be pulled back by design? From what I understand, the Axis is not meant to be pulled back, only dropped forward/down.
Could/should I remove it just to get it back to stock? I don’t have a tonne of experience with these bridges so apologize if the questions are pretty…
