Kirk Hammett, Tobias Forge and Billy Corgan to appear on new album celebrating 50 years of Accept
German metal heavyweights Accept have announced a new album featuring 19 of their most classic songs re-recorded, and they’ve tapped a who’s who of the rock and metal elite to get the job done.
The album, titled Teutonic Titans 1976-2026, is set to arrive 4 September via Napalm, and arrives to celebrate half a century of the German metal institution.
Among the list of rock A-lister guest stars is Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett, who’ll lend his chops to a remake of Accept’s Fast as a Shark. The song will also feature former Motörhead drummer and current Scorpions man Mikkey Dee.

Elsewhere, Ghost mastermind Tobias Forge will take on lead vocals on a new recording of Save Us, from the band’s 1980 album I’m a Rebel. He’ll be joined by Korn drummer Ray Luzier.
Smashing Pumpkins leader Billy Corgan is also set to appear; accompanied by former Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, he’ll perform Love Child, from Accept’s 1983 album Balls to the Wall. Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford will sing the album’s title track.
The guest stars don’t stop there though, with appearances from former Judas Priest guitarist KK Downing, Blind Guardian’s Hansi Kürsch, and Fozzy singer Chris Jericho.
“There is no better way to celebrate this 50-year anniversary than to have our musical peers, friends, and inspirations come together with us to record these classic Accept songs, which I am honoured and proud to share with the world,” says Accept founding guitarist and only remaining original member Wolf Hoffmann.
“I hope everyone enjoys this very special record as much as we all enjoyed making it.”
