EBMM Jp15 pickup issues

Hi all, I am desperate for help! I recently purchased an EBMM jp15 in ultramarine, its an amazing instrument, easily the best guitar ive ever played. The first jp15 i got from sweetwater played great but when i got it home, the bridge pickup hardly had any output, like none at all. I had to make the 2 hour drive again the same day so they could rectify the situation. They gave me another jp15, ensured it worked, and credited me $250 off my purchase.
