StingRay help.

I just purchased a StingRay Special 4HH Electric Bass from Zzounds. The bass arrived today after being on backorder for several months. It wasn’t wrapped in plastic and two of the four knobs were off the bass. These were loose in the case. Would you return to Zzounds over the loose knobs? I hate to think it was mishandled in some way.

This is only my second bass. What’s the best way to put the knob back on if I decide to keep the bass?
