Listen: Ozzy Osbourne releases new single Under the Graveyard
Ozzy Osbourne has released a new song, Under the Graveyard. Take a listen above. The song definitely sticks to the Birmingham metaller’s musical roots – beginning with lush acoustic guitars, before kicking up a notch into heavy territory – culminating in a fast, groovy solo section reminiscent of classic Sabbath.
The mortality-themed song, taken from his first solo album in 10 years, Ordinary Man, comes after a series of health scares for Ozzy, including a fall during his recovery from pneumonia that required neck surgery. Yet Ozzy has clearly recovered well, with this upcoming album and his recent appearance on a Post Malone track.
The album was initially confirmed by Sharon Osbourne, and is slated for release in 2020.
