“Rock and roll fun is banned!”: Noel and Liam Gallagher will have to stick to an “astronaut”-style health regimen for upcoming Oasis tour
Noel and Liam Gallagher are sticking to a strict health regimen ahead of their Oasis reunion tour, according to reports.
The band, which famously split in 2009, will be hitting the road this summer for Live ‘25. They’ll begin their trek in Cardiff on 4 July, before heading to Manchester for five dates and London’s Wembley Stadium for seven. They will head to Edinburgh before they take the show internationally to Ireland and beyond until November.

According to The Mirror, inside sources say the Gallagher brothers are facing a high level of scrutiny over their wellbeing, likened to “an astronaut going into space”, due to the high value of the tour. Both have reportedly received personalised advice and offers of “useful treatments to ensure minimal risk to the shows, while being reminded of the need not to ‘over indulge’”.
The outlet also reports that their health examinations were put in place to secure insurance for the concerts, with “promoters unwilling to take the risk over the reported £500 million payday”. One source says, “It’s going to be a lot different to the ’90s – most rock and roll fun is banned!”
Oasis will be supported by indie band Cast for the UK and Ireland leg of their tour, who will also join former Verve frontman and solo artist Richard Ashcroft. Cage The Elephant and Ball Park Music will be on board for the band’s other international dates.
The Oasis band itself is said to be comprised of bassist Andy Bell, who played with the band between 1999 and 2009; former guitarist Gem Archer, who played with Oasis between the same years, and has since performed with Beady Eye and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds; Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, who was a member of the band between 1991 and 1999, and has been a regular bandmate of Liam’s during his stint as a solo artist; and Joey Waronker on drums, who has performed with the likes of R.E.M. and Roger Waters.
