Watch: Guns N’ Roses’ newly launched live concert series

Guns N’ Roses have launched a new video series consisting live performances shot during their Not In This Lifetime tour. Following the band’s recent cancellation of their 2020 UK and Europe dates, the video series aims to bring “moments from the tour to YouTube.”
The series kicked off last Friday (22 May), with its debut instalment showcasing footage shot from the band’s 2019 concert in Salt Lake City, Utah. Three songs were featured, including It’s So Easy, off 1987’s Appetite For Destruction, Chinese Democracy from 2008’s album of the same name, and Double Talkin’ Jive from the band’s sophomore double-LP, Use Your Illusions. Take a look above.
The current iteration of Guns N’ Roses – which brought Slash and Duff McKagan back into the fold – spent more than three years taking their Not In This Lifetime reunion tour  around the globe. They kicked things off in April 2016 Los Angeles, California and brought it all to a close in Las Vegas, Nevada late last year.
Since the launch of the current line-up, speculation on when new music from Guns N’ Roses could arrive have been widely discussed. In his interview with Guitar.com, Slash revealed that although “stuff is happening”, it might be a while before the material sees the light of day – a situation ascribed to “the nature of the industry right now.”
Duff McKagan’s wife, Susan McKagan, has reported with the Appetite For Distortion podcast that the band were “working fastidiously on some killer new stuff”.
