AXIS With Cream BacK?

Has any one ever seen an Axis with a cream back. I’m thinking of having my 2005 LE Rosewood refinished but with a cream/off-white colored back. It would need to be a different color than the binding which is really what I would call “cream”.

Is the binding on these painted by the way? Mine has two chips that look like paint was over the actual binding – which is a darker color.
